great amenities but small room space

I enjoyed the exceptional range of fitness facilities with multiple Peloton bikes available. The rooftop bar offered amazing views and high-quality food, making our evenings enjoyable.

the shower water pressure was kinda weak , but loved the spacious room with modern decor (and the comfy pillows! ). loved how friendly the staff was during my stay. parking was super convenient too (just a short walk).

I loved staying here because it’s just a short walk to SouthPark for shopping and the hotel is also so peaceful with nice surroundings to stroll through, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the city for a weekend getaway.

The octopus millefeuille wowed my taste buds—I’m dreaming of that dish! And bonus points for the free parking. that's a rarity nowadays. My partner and I enjoyed the comfy vibe while exploring nearby local eats like The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar—definitely a must-try!

But, the room was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom layout had zero privacy—like, hello, who thought that was a good idea? Plus, the motion-activated lights were too sensitive. Our bed wasn't the comfiest, leaving us wanting something a little softer.

Stepping into the lobby felt like entering a stylish sanctuary! My King Suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with large windows flooding the room with light. The superb brunch until 2 PM is a game changer for all you late risers like me!

my experience at this hotel totally exceeded what i expected from my previous visit in charlotte. the staff was incredibly friendly, and i loved how clean and welcoming everything felt. the location was perfect for walking to southpark mall and nearby dining options.

the bed was a bit too soft for me.
